After arguing at length, learned Counsel for the applicants seeks liberty to withdraw the application with further liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate on or before 17/2/2018. Liberty as prayed for is granted in the interest of justice. The learned Magistrate shall consider the application on its own merits without being influenced by the withdrawal of this application.
