We are of the view that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of approaching the Charity Commissioner, Thane Region, Thane. We are informed that already an application has been filed before the Charity Commissioner. That being the position the petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the learned Charity Commissioner, Thane Region, Thane to decide the petitioner's application dated 23rd January, 2017 as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law and in any event within a period of six weeks from today without being influenced by the interim order passed by this Court. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The salary of the unpaid employees be paid by the petitioner-Trust. The petition is disposed of. No costs. (C.V. BHADANG,J) (V.M. KANADE,J)
