This is an application for transit anticipatory bail. 2.

The applicants are apprehending their arrest in C.R.No. 14/16 registered with Mahila Thana Police Station, Jaipur (South) District, Rajasthan under Sections 307, 406, 498A, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants may be protected for a period of 2 weeks by way of transit anticipatory bail with a view to enable them to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction over the Mahila Thana Police Station, Jaipur (South) District, Rajasthan. For the reasons stated in the application 1/2

(903) ABA 241-16 and in the interest of justice I am inclined to allow the present application.

Hence, the following order:

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicants by the Maharashtra Police and/or the Police from Mahila Thana Police Station, Jaipur (South) District, Rajasthan in C. R. No. 14/16 registered with Mahila Thana Police Station, Jaipur (South) District, Rajasthan, the applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(ii) This transit anticipatory bail granted to the applicants for approaching the concerned Court at Jaipur (South) District, Rajasthan shall come to an end after a period of two weeks from today and no further extension will be granted to them.

(iii) All the concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order.

(iv) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A. S. GADKARI, J.) 2/2
