The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are project affected persons. There is a policy of awarding 12.5% of the land as per the scheme of the CIDCO. The representation is given by the Petitioners. Same is not yet decided by the CIDCO.

Mr. Rohit Sakhadeo, appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. In case the Application / Representation of the Petitioners (page No.50) is pending with the Respondent CIDCO, then the CIDCO / Authority shall take decision upon the same in accordance with the law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.
