By order dated 18/4/2011, the Appeal was admitted. On 22/10/2013, the Bench of this Court passed the following order:

"1 On 15 February 2011, this Court granted time subject to removal of office objection, failing which appeal will stand dismissed for non prosecution without reference to Court. Till this date, no steps have been taken as per office record to serve the other Respondents who are about Digitally signed by RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE Date:

2023.02.14 17:10:00 +0530 112 in number.

RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE It appears that the Appellant is not interested in

By order dated 24 September 2013, the matter was restored even after one year. However, till this date no steps taken. In the result, Appeal from Order stands dismissed for want of prosecution."

On the earlier occasion on 22/10/2013, none was present for the Appellants. It appears that the Appellants are not interested to prosecute the Appeal, the Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.

In view of disposal of the Appeal, the Civil Application does not survive and is also disposed of.
