In view thereof, we permit the Investigating Officer to file charge-sheet before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today.

As the prosecution is intending to file charge-sheet in the present case, learned counsel for Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Applications with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as contemplated under the provisions of the Cr.P.C., before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

Both Petitions are disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
