Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He states that the Additional Collector, Sindhudurg has no jurisdiction to entertain the appeal preferred by the respondent Nos.4 to 27. No such objection in writing has been raised by the petitioner before the appellate authority. The petitioner can always raise the said objection before the appellate authority by making an application in writing. If such an application is made, the appellate authority shall decide the same in accordance with law.
