The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the sole appellant expired on 16th September, 2017 and hence this Application is taken out for bringing his legal heir, i.e., wife on record. The learned counsel produced the death certificate of Banwarilal Maheshwari. He prays that there is delay of 54 days in filing this Application.

In view of this submissions, Civil Application is allowed. The legal heir of deceased sole appellant is to be brought on record. 1 / 2
