P.C. :- The Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner submits that the only relief that the Petitioner seeks is a direction to the Deputy Secretary of Land Record to comply with the order dated 26 th December, 2018 passed by the Superintendent of Land Record in Appeal No. CS/Appeal/S R No. 168/2018/27 (Exhibit J to the Petition) followed by a reminder dated 14 th August, 2019 (Exhibit L to the Petition). In view thereof, the Deputy Superintendent of Land Record is directed to hear all the concerned parties and thereafter pass appropriate orders as per the directions of the District Superintendent of Land Record dated 26 th December, 2018 in CS/Appeal/S R No. 168/2018/27 within a period of 16 weeks from today.
