The appeal is already disposed of by this Court upholding the judgment of conviction and sentence. The accused/appellant has sent a letter through jail informing that his substantive sentence is completed. He is not in a position to pay fine amount of Rs.2 Lakhs and therefore, he is still in jail and suffering the default sentence. 2.

His is prayer to reduce the fine amount, this Court finds that such request can not be accepted as Appeal is already disposed of. Thus his request cannot be considered.

In view of the same, office to intimate this to the concerned accused/applicant.
