Mr. Ingale seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt Petition on the ground that the main petition, i.e. Writ Petition No.564 of 2011 is withdrawn in view of the Consent Terms arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no.2.

Learned counsel for the Respondents no.2, 3 and 4 have no objection for withdrawal of the petition.
