Both the parties have agreed that they have no objection to conduct the proceedings through video conferencing. NIC has informed the Court that video conferencing facilities are available and are in working condition at both the places i.e. Pune and Kolhapur. In view thereof, if the learned District Judge at Pune or the Registrar, Family Court at Kolhapur are facing any difficulty in proceeding with the matter through video conferencing, they shall inform this Court about the same. 2.

An endeavour shall be made to dispose of Marriage Petition No.679 of 2017 by the learned Judge at Pune within a period of six months from today. 3.
