In as much as the Petitioners have an alternate remedy, in that, the impugned order dated 21.10.2017 of Debt Recovery Tribunal can be challenged before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, we are not inclined to entertain the Civil Application. Since the DRAT is presently stated to be on leave, we direct that taking of possession of the secured assets by the Respondent-Bank shall be deferred for a period of two weeks from today.
