By this PIL, Petitioners are seeking appropriate writ, order and direction directing the Respondents to furnish the report as to how many cases are pending for trial against non-banking companies / institutes, and after receiving the report, Petitioners are further seeking direction to transfer such cases to the MPID Court. We are not inclined to entertain this PIL while exercising our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Hence, PIL is dismissed.
