Learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 (complainant) in C.C. No. 2983/SS/2019, 2984/SS/2019, 2985/SS/2019, 2986/SS/2019, 2987/SS/2019, all pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 63 rd Court, Andheri, Mumbai, on instructions submits that, complainant shall delete the applicants (original accused nos.2 and 5) from the array of the aforesaid complaints, as he does not desire to prosecute them. Statement is accepted. In that view of the matter, the complaints stand quashed against the applicants, by keeping all contentions of the parties open.
