Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondent.

The cause of action for filing these petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has arisen in Mumbai. We, therefore, transfer the petitions to the original side. The petitioner to carry out the consequential amendments within one week from today.

To enable the petitioners to take appropriate steps by carrying out the amendment and to enable the petitioners to move the appropriate Court, we direct that for a period of two weeks from today, the action of demolition shall not be taken in relation to the structures the subject matter of the impugned order subject to condition that the petitioners shall maintain status quo as of today for a period of two weeks from today.
