P.C:- The grievance is that this Court had passed an order directing DRDO to give hearing and take decision about the allotment of land. DRDO has not taken hearing as yet.

The learned AGP submits that the said authority is present in the Court and makes a statement that he will give hearing to the Petitioners herein.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would remain present before the DRO on 28th April, 2022. On the said date, the Petitioner shall remain present before the DRDO and the DRDO shall hear the Petitioner on the said date and take decision with regard to the eligibility of the Petitioners for the alternate land. The decision shall be taken regarding the entitlement of the Petitioners for the alternate land on its own merits, preferably within three months from the date they appear for hearing. With the aforesaid directions, Contempt Petitions are disposed of.
