This is an application for restoration of Writ Petition (St.) No. 26040 of 2015, which was dismissed for non compliance of Order dated 16th June 2016 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). There is a delay of 4 years in filing the present application.

Perusal of application would indicate that, sufficient cause for restoration of Writ Petition is made out. However, taking into consideration the inordinate delay, this Court is inclined to impose cost upon the Applicant. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant will pay a cost of Rs.3,000/- for condonation of delay. 1/2

Subject to payment of cost to the said Library, delay is condoned and Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (A). 5.
Applicant is directed to remove all Office objections, if not removed earlier, within a period of four weeks from the date of payment of cost to the said Library.
