Contempt alleged is non-compliance with the Order dated 19.06.2013 passed in Writ Petition No. 2865 of 2013. 2.

Shri Bharat Waghmare, Deputy Collector Rehabilitation, Pune who is present in Court admits that the Petitioner has been held entitled to be allotted compensatory land

2/2 5-cp-289-18.doc ad-measuring 2 Hectare 10 Ares and assures the Court that 2 Hectare 10 Ares land would be identified and allotted to the Petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. 3.

Needless to state, upon allotment of compensatory land the Petitioner shall complete all codal formalities and upon completion thereof would be put in possession of the allotted land. Revenue entries would also be incorporated in the name of the Petitioner thereafter.
