Applicant was granted bail by this Court vide order dated 13th December, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3163 of 2018. Applicant was also permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of six weeks. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant had availed the facility of cash security, however, he could not make arrangement for surety as the applicant is ailing.

Considering the submissions, cash facility granted by this Court vide order dated 13th December, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 3163 of 2018 is further extended by a period of six weeks.
