Learned Counsel for the Appellants seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal with liberty to file a substantive Application before the First Appellate Court within two weeks from today.

The Appeal from Order is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. The First Appellate Court shall, in the event the delay is condoned, decide the proposed Application expeditiously. Needless to say that the Appeal Court shall also take into consideration the pendency of the present proceedings in deciding the Application for condoning the delay in filing the substantive Application.
