By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 23rd January 2019 passed by this Court dismissing the Civil Application No.2053 of 2018.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the applicant has made out a case for recall of the order dated 23rd January 2019 passed by this Court. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Civil Application No.2053 of 2018 is restored to file. No order as to costs.
