In compliance with the order dated 26/08/2009 delivered in Criminal Application No. 487 of 2009, the applicant was released on bail having complied with the bail conditions. 3.

By this application, the applicant/accused has prayed for substitution of surety viz. Tejesh Mohan Pawar by permitting him to furnish a fresh surety.

As far as substitution of surety is concerned, in our opinion akn 1/2

2/2 902.IA.463.2023 .doc the said issue comes within the ambit of the Court before whom the surety was furnished. For that purpose, the bail conditions do not require any further explanation or clarification. 5.

Keeping the aforesaid option open to the applicant, we do not see any reason to deal with the issue at this stage of the matter.

The application is accordingly disposed with liberty as observed hereinabove.
