Having heard the party-in-person we are not inclined to interfere with the decision of the academic expert, particularly University of Mumbai, informing the petitioner that his admission to LL.M. Degree course was not approved by the Eligibility Section since the petitioner could not produce proof of having undergone three years' degree course (LL.B.) SRP 1/2

Such a decision taken and in consonance with the academic policy does not does not require any interference in writ jurisdiction as it is neither arbitrary nor mala fide, leave alone illegal.

The Writ Petition is dismissed.
