After arguing for some time, when the Court was not inclined to enlarge the applicant on bail, learned counsel for the applicant sought leave to withdraw this application. She, however, requests that the trial of the applicant be expedited, considering that the applicant is in custody since 2017.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, having regard to the fact that the applicant is in custody for more than 3 years, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The learned Judge to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and in any event within one year from the date of receipt of this order. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
