The learned counsel for Appellant submits that this Court has released the co-accused on bail and the role attributed to the present Appellant and the said co-accused is identical. It is further submitted that the Appellant is in jail for more than four years. 2.
However, it transpired during the course of hearing of the present appeal that the trial has commenced. In that view of the matter, at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain the present Appeal.
