This application was filed through jail by applicant Mohd. Jamil Akhtar Ali arrested in CR No.137 of 2017. The Superintendent of Jail, Thane Central Prison vide letter dated 30th April 2021 has forwarded the application of applicant wherein it is stated that he seeks withdrawal of present application.
