The order impugned in the present Petition is passed on 18.10.2012, thereby directing the trial Court to hear and decide the suit i.e. R.C.S. No.177 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible. The petition was filed on 11.2.2014 i.e. after lapse of more than one year. On 15.9.2014 and 7.11.2014, none appeared for the petitioners. On 8.6.2015 also none appeared for the petitioners on second call.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has not taken any steps to prosecute th present Petition and hence the Petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.

Office to communicate this order to the District Judge, Sangli and give appropriate directions to the trial Court for expediting the hearing of R.C.S. No.177 of 2011.
