The record is called from the Metropolitan Magistrate, 54th Court, Mazgaon, Mumbai, in order to ascertain the identity of the victim and it is now clear that the victim had given her maiden name and infact, her custody is handed over to her husband Lavesh Kumar Pancham. Similarly in respect of the other girl Simran Rajendra Laliya, her father preferred an application before the Metropolitan Magistrate and had obtained her custody in any case both the victims are major and had given a statement that they were into the flesh trade on their own volition.

In the wake of the above interim protection in favour of the applicant granted by order dated 29/03/2022, is made absolute. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish Mhaske
