1] Applicant, after having been arrested on 17/10/2020, is seeking regular bail in C.R. No. 927/2020 registered with Goregaon Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 509, 354(A)(2) of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 67(B) of Information Technology Act, 2000 and under Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

3] Maximum punishment prescribed is that of 5 years and applicant has already suffered incarceration for a period of more than 1/2

4] Apart from above, it is to be noted that there are no antecedents against the applicant.

5] That being so, case for bail is made out.

(i) Applicant be released on bail in .R. No. 927/2020 registered with Goregaon Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 509, 354(A)(2) of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 67(B) of Information Technology Act, 2000 and under Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 upon furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (ii) Applicant shall neither influence witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.
