The petitioner may tender a fresh application for redressal of his grievances to the District Collector, Pune and the District Rehabilitation OfÏcer. If the petitioner tenders application setting out his grievances to the concerned authority within a period of four weeks from today, the Collector, District Pune and the District Rehabilitation OfÏcer shall take decision on such application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12-weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
