The Notice issued to Respondent is received unserved with remark "left the said premises since 5-6 months back, present whereabout not known". It is evident that Respondent cannot be served by regular mode of service. Hence, there is no other way to serve Respondent except by way of Publication of Notice.

In view of this, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Issue Publication Notice to Respondent, returnable after 8 weeks.
