1] This is an application for modification of condition No.3 imposed upon the applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, in ABA No.1838 of 2016 by its order dated 20th January 2017. The said condition reads as under:- "3. Applicant is directed to attend Nagpada Police Station on every Tuesday, in between 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. till further order and also as and when required by IO."

osk 25-apl-139-2019.odt 2] The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that, as on today the police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet before the Court of competent jurisdiction and therefore, the attendance of the applicant to the police station is not necessary. 3] In view thereof, the said condition of attendance is here-inafter waived with immediate effect. 4] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
