This Application is moved for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondent/accused by order dated 7th December, 2015 by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pandharpur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 439 of 2015.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the respondent/accused has violated the conditions imposed by the Sessions Court. He has threatened the applicant/original complainant and accordingly the complaint is given to the Commissioner of Police.

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the charge sheet is filed.

The complainant has given complaint to the Commissioner of Police. However, as the charge sheet is filed, I do not find it appropriate to disturb the order of granting anticipatory bail to the respondent/accused. Hence, the Application is disposed of. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.) 2 / 2
