The applicants herein has challenge the order of issuance of process under Sections 420, 406, 409, 477, 201 read with 34 of the Criminal Procedure Code. It is not in dispute that alternative and efficacious remedy is available to the applicants. Hence, this Court is not inclined to invoke the writ jurisdiction. 3.

The Application is dismissed with liberty to the applicants to file appropriate proceedings before the Sessions Court. 4.

The applicants are entitled to seek condonation of delay. R. N. LADDHA, J.
