Not on board. At the request of Advocate for the petitioner, matter is taken on board for urgent orders.
By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 11.1.2017 passed by Industrial Court No.1, Kolhapur in Revision Application (ULP) No.2 of 2017.
By that order, Industrial Court directed petitioner to submit his explanation to the final show cause notice, if he desires. This itself shows 2/3
that a final order is not passed on final show cause notice.
The learned counsel for the respondent rightly raised objection that the petitioner has filed present petition which is pre-matured.
Considering the impugned order dated 11.1.2017 by which the court directed petitioner to submit his explanation to the final show cause notice, I do not find any reason to entertain the present Writ Petition at present. Petition itself is pre-matured. Hence, same stands rejected.
As per the request of the petitioner, one week time is extended to submit his explanation as per the impugned order to the authority.
