When this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to grant relief at this stage, learned counsel submitted that the applicant behind bars since last one year. There are many such persons behind bars, however, considering the facts that he is a foreign nation, Trial Court is directed to expedite the matter. Considering the directions issued, the trial Court is to see that the accused is in a position to appoint private counsel at Daman. If the accused is not cooperating, the counsel is to be appointed as amicus curiae through legal aid by the trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the case within six months from the date of receipt of this order. If the case is not disposed of within six months, there will be liberty to the applicant to come to this Court for grant of bail.
