As the Petitioner is in jail from last more than 8 years, we hereby direct the learned District Judge-1 Additional Sessions Judge, Thane seized of trial pertaining to MCOC Case No.5 of 2013 to expedite the hearing of the said case and to conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the present Order. 3) Petition is partly allowed in the aforesaid terms.
