Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Admittedly, the statutory remedies are available to the Petitioner to challenge the notices at Exhibits- 'B-1 to B-8' under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The Petition is disposed of by keeping the right of the Petitioners of availing the statutory remedies expressly open. To enable the Petitioner to do so, we direct that the impugned notices shall not be acted upon for a period of four weeks from today.
