By the order dated 21st December, 2013 ad-interim order of stay of the Award was granted till 17th February, 2014. Thereafter, the applicant had not taken any steps for continuation of the order. Mr. Bardeskar, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant submits that, interim relief be continued pending the hearing of the First Appeal. The interim relief shall be continued on condition that the applicant deposits the entire amount under the Award in this Court within a period of 6 weeks from today. In the event, the applicant fails to deposit the amount within the time granted, the Civil Application will stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
