the learned counsel for the Petitioner does not dispute that against the order impugned in this petition [i.e., order made under section 59 of the Maharashtra Police Act], an appeal lies before the Divisional Commissioner under section 60 of the said Act. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the appellate authority. In the proposed appeal, the Petitioner is entitled to take benefit of section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963.
