DATED : 4TH JANUARY 2019 P.C:- Petition is filed restraining the respondent Corporation from constructing Police Beat Chowky as per tender notice dated 4th January 2016. Mr.Bubna, learned counsel for respondent Corporation places on record communication dated 24th February 2016 issued by Executive Engineer. The communication reveals that tender invited for construction of the said Police Beat Chowky is cancelled. Letter is taken on record.

In the light of above, grievance raised in the petition at this stage no more survives.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
