Mrs. Shinde, learned APP, on instructions from Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison submitted that, the Petitioner has been acquitted by learned Additional Sessions Court, Mangaon, District Raigad in Sessions Case No.22 of 2015 by its Judgment and Order dated 5th July 2022 and has been released from Jail on 7th July 2022. 2.

In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
