Heard learned counsel for the respondent, on whose behalf this application is filed. The applicant is pressing this application in regard to prayer clause (b) that is to fix an early date for final hearing of First Appeal No. 715 of 2001.

Considering the averments as made in the civil application and that the applicant is a senior citizen 82 years of age and more particularly that the Land Acquisition Reference is of the year 1993, place this First Appeal at appropriate position under the caption of "First Appeals of Senior Citizens".

As regards the other prayers in the civil application, learned counsel for the applicant does not press those reliefs and intends to file an appropriate application for these reliefs. Accordingly, the liberty is granted to the applicant to file a civil application for the said other reliefs. 5.
