The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant had filed Appeal against the order of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kalyan ('MACT' for short) for enhancement of the compensation granted by the Tribunal under Section 166 of the M.V. Act. After filing the Appeal Applicant could not remove office objection within stipulated time. Hence, requested to restore the Appeal.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicant and the reasons mentioned in the Application N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2
