Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in respect of C.R. No.1325 of 2022 dated 29/12/2022 registered with Worli Police Station under Sections 292, 293, 500 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 67(A) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

On 07/02/2023 an order was passed by this Court directing the applicant to join the investigation. Accordingly, 1/3

the applicant reported and co-operated. The same is so submitted by the Investigating Officer.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is personally present in the Court says that the custody of the applicant is not required. However, the applicant's presence may be needed if necessary in future in the course of the investigation.

In this view of the matter, the interim relief granted to the applicant is confirmed. Hence, the following order :-

O R D E R

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R. No.1325 of 2022 registered with Worli Police Station, the applicant-Abhijit Bharat Parab shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(c) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station as and when 2/3

called.

(d) The applicant to co-operate with the Investigating Officer.

(e) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and shall not tamper with evidence.

(f) The applicant shall furnish the details of his residential address and phone number to the investigating officer.
