In view of the stand taken by Respondent-State in Para Nos. 6 and 7 of the reply, in our considered view, nothing survives in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly we dispose of this Contempt Petition. However, with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition if he is not satisfied with the calculations made by the Respondent-State.
