The application proceeds to state that inadvertently, the objections could not be removed within the time granted by the learned Registrar and, therefore, the application came to be dismissed.

On being satisfied with the explanation offered, the application deserves to be granted and is granted. 5.

The appeal is restored to the file with a direction to the appellant to remove the office objections within four weeks from today.
