On 9 November 2023 the following order was passed: " This Petition is filed challenging the order dated 29 January 2019 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Energy and New Renewable Energy) of the State of Maharashtra stated to be passed on a complaint filed by the Respondent No.4, a resident of the locality. The learned Counsel for the Respondents point out that no such order has been placed on record. The averments in the Petition would show that based on some oral statement made in the meeting, this Writ Petition is

2. Since no order is placed on record, it is not possible for us to proceed further to examine this Petition.

3. None appears for the Petitioner.

4. If there is any written order then the State of Maharashtra would place the same on record within a period of four weeks. If the Petitioner has received any written order, the Petitioner will place on record the same within a period of our weeks, failing which we terminate the Petition on the ground that there exist no such ground raised in the impugned order dated 29 January 2019.

The learned Counsel for the parties inform us that there is no written order passed by the State of Maharashtra. In light of the order dated 9 November 2023, we terminate the proceedings in this Writ Petition and dispose of the same.
