In paragraph 2 of the order dated 5th February 1 / 3

2019, the words "on 31st January 2019" be deleted and the words "D.R.T." be corrected to read "D.R.A.T.". 2.

Inasmuch as the Petitioner has already filed the Appeal before the D.R.A.T. against the order of D.R.T. dated 8th dated 8th January 2019, by consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, we pass the following order :- (i) The order of status quo granted on 5th February 2019 to continue to operate for a period of two weeks from today.

(ii) The Petitioner is granted liberty to move the Interim Application/s for circulation before D.R.A.T. immediately.

(iii) The D.R.A.T. to consider the Interim Application/s and pass appropriate orders including ad-interim orders, if any, as if deems 2 / 3

fit.
